Design
We go straightly to the core of the request. We only need a scheme to develop a detailed design, that reflects the operational and constructional requests and. At the same time, takes account with absolute precision of the reaction of steel to moulding process, in order to realize a product ready for the final use.
Versatility
We can work any type of raw material. Carbon steel, alloy steel, nitriding steel, case hardening steel, quenched and tempered steel and every type of special-purpose steel. We treat at best each material in order to respect and enhance every constructive characteristic.
Quality
Everything is under control. From the choice of materials, to the check of internal processes according to the rules provided by certificazione ISO 9001 – obtained in 2014 – until testing of the finished product. Each operation is carried out with the aim of offering the customer top quality service.
Control
We do not miss a single thing. We have the direct supervision of the production process, from its first step in design department, then in the production area where stamping moulds and equipment for machining are realized and finally to forging lines and in blasting department.
