The complete oversight of each step of the steel moulding process is one of our strengths, and makes us able to offer a high production flexibility and competitive delivery time.

Our plant in Busano ensures a 700 tons/month output and has 4 production lines, with 10 to 500 kg moulding capacity, beside the shop for the realization of the moulds, the cutting department and warehouse areas.

Steps of steel moulding process

The technical department designers, on the basis of the artwork provided by the customer, realize via CAD-CAM software the final design of the parts to build and support the mould shop in the realization of stamping dies and equipment required for any machining.

Moulds are produced in a shop equipped with the latest tools, including:

  • EDM machines
  • CNC milling machines
  • Centre lathes and CNC lathes

The cutting department has cold shearing machines and 5 automatic sawing machines that can cut steel sections with variable diameter from 70 mm. to 500 mm.

Collaboration with external partners allows in any case the satisfaction of any cutting request of the customer.
The stamping plants are served by gas and induction furnaces with constant temperature control.

Our four production lines offer great operational flexibility, allowing, for each contract, the most suitable implant selection depending on the result to be achieved and the production performance desired.

The molding installations are the following:

  • 2.500 tons MPM die-stamping hammer line
  • 6.300 tons MPM hammer line
  • 20.000 tons Beche counter-blow hammer line
  • 2.500 tons moulding press

At the end of the production cycle – which includes roughing, preforming and moulding operations- the crude item, on customer request, can be subjected to finishing treatments:

  • Sand blasting in-house treatment for weights up to 100 kg, at partner companies for higher weights
  • Heat treatment
