Every item produced in our plants – wheel axles, gears, flanges, half-rollers, hubs, eyebolts, joints, gear reducers, valves – is controlled with the most suitable methods and proper tools to assess its compliance with the quality parameters set by the customer.
Every step of the moulding process is carried out by trained and skilled staff that conduct visual and dimensional controls on the items under process.
Safety is our priority: constant updates on the use of machinery and equipment are given to our operators, while loads and materials are handled with suitable handling machinery.
In order to guarantee safety and the achievement of steady performance, all production operations are standardized and comply with UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 for the field of steel moulding, as referred in the certification Bureau Veritas Italia Institute gave us in 2016.
Raw materials we use are provided by top steelworks with which we maintain long-standing relationships. If requested by our customer we can perform in-house tests or at external certified laboratories.
All contractors who work for us are companies that have been selected over the years, of proven reliability and product quality. Yet we perform constant effectiveness check on products returning from external processing, as well as special test if requested.
