We have been focusing not only on the production and moulding process – obtained through the selection of best raw materials the constant research of safety and the training of our staff and equipping our plant with the latest machinery and facilities – but, above all, we have been improving our flexibility and our ability to bring real added value to our customers, both upstream and downstream of the production process.
Development of the detailed design
The designers of our technical department support the customer in the development of the detailed design of the piece to be sent into production, realizing it via CAD-CAM software.
This step allows us to offer our design skills, helping our customer in defining the most appropriate solutions, according to the characteristics of the raw material used, the processes to be made and the application specificity of the item to be realized.
Storage of raw material
Raw material storage is not a problem: our plant in Busano has a wide covered warehouse and large external storage areas.
The warehouse allows us to admit wide quantities of finished products or raw material of all sizes, both owned by us and entrusted by our customers, that are thus not in charge to provide us cut material.
The availability of large stock of raw material allows us to be always ready for production cycles planning, that means a dramatic reduction of delivery time of finished product.
Logistics of the finished product
At the end of the hot forging, we carry out, directly or through third partners, every finish our customer may require: sandblasting, heat treatment and any mechanical processing treatment.
The finished product is packed, according to customer instructions, in boxes or on pallets that are filmed with stretch wrapping machine, to ensure the complete integrity of the load along the whole delivery process.
